There are some legacy Beyond Indigo clients that may have had a gmail address set up for them by Beyond Indigo that was tied to accessing their Google Analytics information. If you are one of these clients, and you can not reset your password information because you do not have the original information that can help answer the security questions as required by Google, then you will need to set up a new gmail address and we will need to tie that new gmail address to your Google Analytics account. Here is what you need to do:
1. Set up a new gmail address
2. Submit a Help Desk ticket that states:
"I need this new gmail address (firstname.lastname@example.org) tied to the yourdomainname.com's Google Analytics account"
3. The Help Desk will then set up that account information and let you know via the ticket when everything is complete.
