Proofreading Your Content

It's important to us that information on your website is correct. While we do scan information before uploading, proofreading your submitted content is your responsibility. Please ensure that the information you supply to the Help Desk is spell-checked, grammar-checked, etc.

Additionally, when supplying content to the Help Desk, please provide the information in either:

  • Word
  • Pages
  • Text Document
  • Typed into the body of the request

We cannot work with PDFs or other scanned documents as these do not allow us to "lift" the content from the document in order to utilize it for your website.
