How to submit a support ticket

If this is your first time using the new Beyond Indigo Help Desk, welcome! We think you'll find it easy to submit and track your tickets here.

Submitting a support ticket is the fastest and best way to make a change to your website, ask a question or get technical support. Our help desk is monitored 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. E.T. Monday - Fridays. We try to respond to urgent requests during holidays and weekends.

All users should log in by clicking the "Sign In" button at the top right. If this is your first time, click on "Sign up" and submit your information. Once you have registered your information via the "Sign up" area you will be ready to submit your requests and track your ticket.
