We offer several convenient ways to pay your Beyond Indigo invoice.
You can pay each invoice separately via credit card by clicking on the link in your invoice.
For more convenience, most of our customers opt for auto-payment through our secure online portal. To set that up, or if you wish to manage your credit cards on file, contact our billing office at billing@beyondindigo.com and we'll take care of that for you.
We also offer ACH payment directly from your bank account. Ask us how to save with this option. Payment by check is available by arrangement.
Billing Policy
We bill for each month's service on the first of that month. Automatic payments are run by the 6th of that month. The only exception is for customers with Google Ad services who have ad spend fees. Those invoices are sent on the 7th of each month and the ad spend amount is for the previous month. (This is because we don't know how much the ad spend is until the month ends.)
To cancel any Beyond Indigo service we require a 30-day written notice to billing@beyondindigo.com.
