Since the launch of the new Help Desk we've provided access to a Support Form in every Client's Administration Center. Up until last Friday, you could Submit a Support Request by filling out the form accessed from the Support tab in your Administration Center.
That form is now no longer available. Instead there is now a link that will take you directly to the Beyond Indigo Help Desk so that you can submit a support request by using the Help Desk directly. There were several reasons for this move:
1. We discovered that attachments did not work properly in the form used via the Administration Center.
2. Clients submitting requests through the Administration Center did not know about the Knowledgebase - the repository of self-help articles at your disposal.
3. Clients submitting requests through the Administration Center did not know that they could track their requests. This can only be done if you register as a user on the Help Desk. When you register, you can then track all the changes on your open tickets in one nice, neat dashboard layout.
