Formstack Forms are not Emailing

We have recently been made aware of an issue with Formstack's ability to email data collected from HTML forms embedded on websites.  As an example, this would be your New Client Forms, Appointment Request Forms, or any forms that are embedded directly on your website that you can also access through your Administration Center.  This does NOT affect all sites.  However, if you have found that recently form data is SLOW to be emailed to you, or is not coming to you at all then you will need to let the Help Desk know about this immediately.  Formstack has given us a fix to the solution, but it needs to be implemented on a case by case basis. 

If you are experiencing this problem:

1. Submit a Help Desk Ticket with the title: Formstack Forms are Not Being Received

2. List which forms you believe you are not receiving (i.e. New Client Form, Rx Refill Form, etc.)

3. Use your Administration Center to access all of your forms information until we have implemented the fix.  It's a good idea to use the Administration Center Forms area if you don't already. The Forms section of the Administration Center is where all your forms are archived and you can easily export selected forms to PDF so that signature fields and other data can be easily printed out in an easy to read format.
