Webmail is not working - getting login invalid

Was webmail working for you and now it's not?  There may be a simple solution.  You should be logging on to webmail with your domain name:


Example, if your domain name is: leslieanimal.com

then you will want to input: webmail.leslieanimal.com

Some clients up until June 22nd, were using webmail.beyondindigopets.com.  Do not use this.  Use your personalized domain name and webmail access.  This should fix any problems you have.  :-)  If not, please submit a support ticket to the Help Desk!
