You may think it's easier to get your Help Desk request answered by re-opening an old ticket and adding more requests to it. It's not. Each ticket launched should be for a specific request, that way each request can be easily tracked by the Help Desk staff and (more importantly) by you. Re-opening old tickets can cause confusion - mainly because there is older information in them that was already solved and the added complication that much of the information needed (like website, contact name, etc.) won't be filled in properly.
When you need something done - please Submit a New Ticket instead of re-opening an older one. It helps us get the job done faster for you and done right the first time!
