If you do not like accessing your email through Webmail, the easy to use web-based email interface, and you really want to install a mail client on your system (PC, MAC, mobile device, tablet, etc.), then you'll need to follow some information very carefully in order to ensure the safe setup and access of your email.
Pick an Email Client
There are a number of email clients that you can install on your system. Depending on your operating system you'll most likely choose either Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird as these are the most popular to use. However, be aware that there are a number of freely available email clients available for your use on the Internet and you are not just limited to these three.
Things You'll Need to Know
1. Your domain name
2. Your full username and password for your email
3. The Incoming Server name: mail.yourdomainname.com
4. The SMTP Server name: mail.yourdomainname.com
NOTE: 'yourdomainname' listed above would be gavh.com if your website was http://www.gavh.com/, so the SMTP Server name would be: mail.gavh.com
