What do my monthly Service Fees include?

At Beyond Indigo, our fees include all changes and support. We believe you should be updating your website on an ongoing basis, and we encourage you to use our services year-round without worrying about extra fees. Like many online subscriptions and services, our  services are contracted annually, payable monthly.

For custom websites (Entry-Level, Best Value, Premier, Elite, Custom, Enhanced Custom) renewal prices include:

What sets us apart

  • Unlimited changes to text and photos via our online help desk. Minor design changes are included but there may be a fee for major changes (custom graphic creation, etc.) which require our designers to complete.
  • Four additional pages per year, starting a year after launch
  • Semi-annual review of Google Analytics upon request
  • Maintenance of all licensed Beyond Indigo tools, including application of tool upgrades
  • One Look and Feel Update after 4 years, subject to contract limitations. 
  • Ongoing education and customers-only webinars and events.
  • Access to all Help Center articles and Chat support.

Plus, secure, reliable web hosting

  • Web hosting, including server maintenance, daily backup and server redundancy.
  • Up to 30 email addresses on the the main or parked domain
  • Ability to park up to 4 domains on the main site domain
  • Assistance with email setup by phone and via the online help desk
  • Up-to-date spam blockers and virus filters on the server
  • Up to 500MB server space. Additional space available for a fee
  • Assistance in transferring domains. Domain registration and renewal is the responsibility of the client. Beyond Indigo will provide consultation upon request.
